Dr. Darren Loew feels that orthodontics is the greatest profession on earth. It allows him to have a unique relationship with children at a critical time in their lives. It also enables him to help adults achieve better oral health and often does something they have always wanted but could not afford to do previously: show off a beautiful smile!
Dr. Loew attended Bucknell University, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and education. He completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and his orthodontic residency at Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Niyati Patel-Parekh received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in 2010, graduating number one in her class. She received her orthodontic specialty certification and her Master's in Dental Science from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in 2013.
Dr. Loew and Dr. Patel are both board-certified, something only a percentage of orthodontists achieve. That means they’ve undergone extensive training and testing to ensure their care meets and exceeds the highest standards for your family.
Annandale Braces

Since they can sometimes work faster at aligning teeth and closing gaps than other treatments, overall treatment time may be slightly reduced.
Annandale Clear Aligners
Clear aligners are incredibly popular with patients and orthodontists in Annandale and are the top alternative to traditional braces. Instead of brackets and bands, we offer Invisalign and custom, in-house aligners to gradually straighten teeth.
