After 35 years of providing exceptional orthodontic care to our community, Dr. Thomas Jaeger is retiring and handing the keys over to Dr. Darren Loew, Dr. Niyati Patel-Parekh and Dr. Emily Van Doren.

They have three convenient office locations in Clinton Township, Flemington, and Bridgewater, making continued care accessible and comfortable for your family. We look forward to carrying on Dr. Jaegar’s commitment to creating beautiful smiles throughout Hunterdon County!
How It Affects You
To make sure you enjoy a smooth and consistent transition, Dr. Jaegar will personally review each patient’s treatment plan and progress before transferring care. This will allow Drs. Loew, Patel-Parekh and Dr. Van Doren to have a clear understanding of your case and continue your treatment with confidence and continuity.
Your existing treatment records will be securely transferred, and financial arrangements will remain unchanged. Starting August 1, all scheduled payments should be made payable to Loew and Patel Orthodontics. Any new insurance claims will be filed directly through their office.
